Where the name comes from

I will return,
and I will be
millions.

Afeni Shakur, a Black Panther, did not give her son a random name. She named him Tupac Amaru, after the Indigenous leader who led the largest uprising against Spanish rule in the Americas and was executed in Cusco in 1781.

That same year, near La Paz, the Aymara leader Túpac Katari was executed too. His last words come down to us as "I will return, and I will be millions." In Quechua, amaru is the serpent that sheds its skin and comes back.

Tupac Shakur died at 25 and became millions: every kid who learned the lyrics by heart, every wall painted with his face, every conversation that still asks who killed him and why. The films tell the story of one man. The community is the millions.

What this has that a meme coin does not

Not a picture
of a legacy.
The legacy.

01 / RIGHTS

Film IP behind it

A rights position in the Tupac film IP, held by our partner. Chain of title, the name and likeness licence and the estate's written consent are being verified document by document before anything carries the name in public.

02 / PRODUCTION

Three films and a documentary

Not a promise of content. A slate in development, written by a member of Tupac's own family, with separate directors and one shared cast, plus a documentary about the days between the shooting and his death.

03 / CATALOGUE

Music nobody has heard

Recordings Tupac made with local producers while touring, never mixed, never released, never earned from. Each one cleared on its own before it is offered, and the producers finally get paid.

04 / AUDIENCE

The channels already exist

The official accounts carry more than 60 million follows between them, and 28.5 million people listen to Tupac on Spotify every month. This does not start from zero followers.

Paper first.
Then the name.

Rights in a film are not rights in a name or a face. Every line below is tracked in the team room with the document that closes it, and the launch waits for the red ones. Our lawyer reads them, and we confirm with the estate's counsel ourselves.

In development

Three films.
One documentary.

FILM ONE

The rose and the concrete

The man who killed Tupac came from the same kind of home he did. One became the rose that grew from concrete. The other is only known for the killing.

FILM TWO

Master of his destiny

Tupac believes he is in control while forces far bigger than him move his life around.

SEVEN DAYS

The days in between

The week between the shooting and his death, told by a friend who stayed at the hospital.

What the token actually does

Burn it to
own a piece.

01 / MUSIC

Unreleased recordings

Burning tokens redeems access to music nobody has heard. Every track is cleared with the producer who owns the master and with the estate before it is offered.

02 / FILM

A physical piece of the film

A patented structure lets holders who burn tokens own a piece of a film, proposed at 100,000 pieces per title. Counsel sets the structure before we describe it publicly.

03 / ACCESS

The DAO and the discounts

A token gated community with a real voice on which stories get told, plus discounts on licensed products and merch, honoured by whoever sells them.

04 / PAYMENT

The way you buy

The token, alongside BTC and SOL, is how film pieces and music are bought. A payment widget converts on the back end so fans do not need to hold crypto first.

Supply and release

Fair launch.
Nothing hidden.

One billion tokens, a fair launch, and a release schedule published before launch with the wallet addresses, so holders know in advance when partner tokens can reach the market. Burns take supply out as music and film pieces are redeemed.

A release everyone can read in advance is fair. One people discover on the chart is not.

Launch typeFair launchThe team buys its own tokens on the open market
Team allocation5 to 10%To confirm. The wallet releases come from
Split of each release50 / 50Estate and team, of the amount released

The one number that gets misread

1% means 1% of the
team allocation.

Not 1% of total supply. On a billion tokens the two readings are a hundred times apart, and only one of them is fundable: in a fair launch, what the team holds is what the team bought.

So the tokenomics sheet says which wallet the percentage is counted on, with the address, before anything goes live. Nobody should have to work it out from the chart.

5% of 1,000,000,000 = 50,000,000
1% of that = 500,000 tokens
which is 0.05% of supply.
The other reading: 10,000,000 tokens a day, about $1M a day at a $100M valuation

07 / RELEASESALL EYEZ ON MEMECONFIDENTIALDO NOT SHARE

Not a daily drip

Every release
is earned.

A daily release pays the calendar. We would rather pay the work. Each tranche sits in a smart contract and unlocks when something is delivered and confirmed.

It protects the partner too: when tokens move, the market can see what they moved for. Nobody spends the launch chasing anyone for what was promised, and the contract does the tracking so nobody has to argue about who delivered.

08 / GIVING BACKALL EYEZ ON MEMECONFIDENTIALDO NOT SHARE

Respect the roots

The family
gets paid first.

Tokens for the family and for the voices who carry this sit in goal based escrow, funded before anyone is asked to post, and released when the goal is confirmed. Identities and personal amounts stay private. Totals per escrow, the unlock rules, the contract addresses and the audit are public.

A fixed share goes to the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation, with its written consent, and every transfer is published on chain so anyone can check it.

How the private rails work

ESCROW

Funded before the ask

The tokens are in the contract before anyone is asked for a post, so nobody is working on a promise. If a goal is never met, the tokens go back to the community treasury.

PRIVACY

Only a hash goes on chain

A hashed recipient list on day one, and private claims once the contracts are audited. Nothing holding the family's tokens goes live unaudited.

The contract address comes from them

It is published first on the official channels. Anything people see anywhere else is a fake, and that single rule is the best protection holders have against copycat tokens. The launch waits for that post.

The coin on screen, by name

In the movie and in the documentary: the ticker, the contract address, the website and the Telegram visible, and a scene where somebody talks about it rather than a logo that flashes past. Written into the agreement with the title and the running time.

The part that protects everyone

His name
is on this.

The estate's name, the family's name and Tupac's face are on this token. That is why the boring parts are not optional.

Securities counsel names the jurisdictions and signs off on the structure. A plain language disclosure goes out before launch: who is behind it, what the rights are, what the token does and does not do, and the risks.

What we need in writing

Seven signatures
and we are building.

01 · The papers

Chain of title, and the name and likeness licence covering the token, the ticker and merch.

02 · The post

A date from the estate for the official channels, and who approves it.

03 · The buy-in

How much you invest, in what form, on what date.

04 · A share of what you earn

A percentage of your revenue across all three films and the documentary, not one title. The contract is with you, not with a distributor.

05 · The coin on screen

Named in the movie and in the documentary: ticker, contract address, website, Telegram, and a scene about it.

06 · The channels

The social media manager, which accounts they control, and a posting calendar tied to the releases.

07 · Counsel and audit

Securities counsel appointed, jurisdictions named, contracts audited before the family's tokens go in.

Everything published

Each commitment lands on the website and in the white paper, so holders read it instead of hearing that it exists.
